How To Order Images

Please send all orders, inquiries, etc. to us by using the Order Form. The Order Form opens in a separate window and can remain open while picture pages are open.

Contact Information : Fill out the text fields.

Image Order Details : For ordering images appearing in the Images of Japan section of this web site, write the picture numbers in the 10 small text boxes (one number per box).

For orders beyond 10 images from Images of Japan, write the additional picture numbers in the "More Info" text field.

For orders from Photographer Portfolios, write the Portfolio Title and picture number in the "More Info" text field.

Each office has a complete set of transparencies of all the images appearing on this web site to ensure quick delivery.

More Info : If you are interested in seeing images that do not apper on this web site, please write the details of your project in the "More Info" text field. PPS Japan will research and transmit low resolution scans of available images to you for your selection. Transparencies of selected images will be sent on request.

Usage Categories/Form : Specify details using the check boxes.

Write more specific use details and other relevant information in the More Info text field such as the deadline, type of publication/corporate/etc., print run/circulation, layout size, publication date, distribution area, courier's name/account number etc.

Send Order : When you have finished the above, please click "Send Order".
